Zack's funeral took place on Friday 3rd July, 2009. It took place at Crewe Crematorium at 12.00pm. It was attended by many people who were touched by this beautiful little angel. Elly and Dave requested that people contribute donations for Sands Charity and for the maternity ward at Leighton Hospital, they received approximately £400.
